Service Triangle is Even Stronger After 1st Annual Credit and Funding Divisional Meetings

To keep improving the Flagship customer experience, the Front-end Operations team received in-depth communications training, including an Executive Question & Answer session about current organizational information and trends hosted by Flagship COO, David Bertoncini, and SVP of Sales, Jack Farrell. In addition, the team learned solid reminders, useful sales techniques, long term strategies, and participated in several team-building activities.

These new strategies are already resulting in an increase in volume and a stronger Service Triangle culture. The higher level sales techniques discussed continue to be successfully incorporated into the team’s daily processes. Team members shared best practices, and presented and discussed multiple tactical topics in an open forum, highlighting the importance and benefits of the Service Triangle, and bolstering TEAM FLAGSHIP's success in the Credit Centers across the nation.

This focus to perfect our communication techniques, combined with the collaborative efforts of the Service Triangle, provide a solid path for our continued success in the unified Credit, Funding, and Sales divisions. The Credit and Funding Divisional Sales team meetings were held in Irving, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona, and Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, in September.
